Hellbilly429 Posted January 7, 2013 Report Posted January 7, 2013 Cut sheet is listed on the pic, but since Torres isn't calculating ports correctly the side with the port on it will be 15.5" X 24.24", the front piece where the subs will be mounted will be 15.5" X 25.25", the port piece will be 15.5" X 19.5", and the Port Extension Piece will be 15.5" X 22". Make sure you glue all joints with wood glue, use screws spaced at least every 3" and at least 2" away from the ends, and use caulk when done around all the inside joints. These measurements are based on the use of 3/4" thick wood, you should use MDF board, you can get it at lowes in a 4'X8' sheet for around $35. don't use sheetrock screws.
