Tub Asko
I seem to have been offered a wonderful price on some polk gear and was wonering if anyone has heard either the: MMC6500 or SR6500? I'm really torn between those and the kicker ss or rs speakers for my doors. Never had experience with polk though? Anybody heard em? edit: LINKAGE (polk speakers) Edited January 30, 2008 by Tub Asko Quote Facebook Youtube Murdered '07 Silverado

Team Bassick - Kimo
I've said in a thread here before so I'm just repeatin myself but its ok. My personal rule of thumb when coming to speakers is to go with a speaker only manufacture. Polk Audio, Boston Acoustic, Image Dynamics etc. However, the Kicker line isn't bad either so I don't know bro its pretty much a toss up. I've heard and have owned all of the above and they all sound great. I guess it just depends on what your looking for. AI James
i have the mmc6500 they were in my accord as rear fill for a long time, i liked them but never had them on any amplification that let them shine like they should.
Tub Asko
i think i'll be picking up one of those pair. as much as I would love to have the ss, a step up from them won't bother me Quote Facebook Youtube Murdered '07 Silverado

Tub Asko
yea i got mine under 100 for the set lol i'm really stuck on polk vs. kicker. i'm running everything else kicker and going to be running the 850.4 kicker high amp on it. I get the kicker ss series about 100 bucks less than sr6500s. But the sr6500s are a beast. Considering I will be attempting sq comps as well as spl, I really don't know what to do.
