Sean Raynor Posted January 10, 2013 Report Posted January 10, 2013 Hey guys I am in the market for a H.O alt but I am having a bit of trouble because I have a Ford Falcon Xr6 which is an Australian car and I have been unable to find any alternators that list my car as compatible. My question is what does a Alternator need to be compatible, is it just the mounting and the connection plug must be the same as the car?

I just need to know what one to get and how to tell if it will work in my car.
