My first build hope i picked a good set up. Just a quick question gettin a new upgraded xs battery with a high output alternator (240 amps) the big three upgrade and 1/0 gauge wiri g kit for amp.... Is this overkill????

No it's not overkill, sounds like you are starting with a standard electrical upgrade which should always be done. Batt, alt, and Big 3.
