Thanks bro. Yea I like doing this instead I just feel like its a much better and stronger bond. Every piece on the wall is connected to the next in more than one way. That's how I built mine too.

Getting 2x4 bracing in screwed into wall panel, and back wall.

Foamed in the rear portion of the wall. Still going to do the front to.

Now on to the PITA part. Fiber glassing. Ended up doing 5-6 layers on the corners with no wood. And 4 layers on the seams that to me seemed could use some extra strength. 2 layers everywhere else. Used 1.5oz chop mat and about 2.5 gallons of resin.

Now there is a gap of pictures. I got real into work mode around this time and my buddy wasn't around to take pics. But I got all the glassing done. Then added Kitty Hair to all the areas where glass and wood met (about a half gallon). And got the port built. 2 layer port of coarse.

Well thats all for now. Today I got started on the recess layer and what a PITA that was. Since the Jasper Jig doesn't go big enough I had to use this other circle jig I have. Made the holes to small and had to scrap the whole piece and cut out another baffle. There went half a sheet of MDF Well should get more done on it this weekend.
