The "warheads" they are talking about are not real warheads. The warheads they are talking about are just large, heavily encrypted government documents.

The reason why they are using the term "warhead" is because the information contained within the files can have devastating consequences to certain aspects of the government, specifically the justice system in this case.

I'm not touching those files, but I did read the Pastebin page in the description.
