hershy314
Got the new ssd installed, but when I try to boot the computer from that drive it says that the version of windows i have is not official or something like that. I have the orginal hard drive unplugged when I tried this. I did transfer the files from the hdd to the ssd using the software that came with the ssd. What am I doing wrong? http://athphotography.deviantart.com/ http://www.youtube.com/user/hershy314
RCP Audio
does windows still load up? then say this? or does it come up in a dialogue box? or just not boot up at all kinda thing? PSN: Rcp_soundz Good rule of thump is go by what fuse size is being used in these amps. The higher the more amperage it pulls, this is what I look at. I'll stick a 300 amp fuse in a potato and sell it to you for $2k. 1991 Mazda 323VERY small build thread here: http://www.stevemead...23-small-build/

hershy314
I went to Samsungs website and according to it. This SSD is not supported by Windows 7 64bit only the 32bit system. Newegg will only replace the SSD not refund, so a little pissed right now. http://athphotography.deviantart.com/ http://www.youtube.com/user/hershy314

Sheena
Relax. Call Microsoft and tell them your hard drive crashed and your backup is asking for a new key. They will issue you a new one. Or redirect you to hp. Then tell hp the same thing. The ssd works on 64 bit, regardless of what newegg says. Trust me. http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate/ Try going there to validate windows before trying the other two options. 09 Civic EX KDC-X395 (2) SKAR Audio VVX-12 Skar Audio SK-1500.1 4 cu ft @32 (new box and more port soon) Firing Forward not sealed off Stock 80 Amp Alt Big 3 In 1/0 Knu 2 Runs To The Back 1 Pos 1 Neg In 1/0 Knu DD-1'd 13.8v drop
hershy314
This is what I get when I try to boot from the SSD http://athphotography.deviantart.com/ http://www.youtube.com/user/hershy314
beaker
Its only because the drive changed that it said that. Do what Sheena said and all will be well. Windows 7 keeps track of changes in drives so you cant just clone it to 20 different drives under the same key. Sadly, because of the age of your computer, you will not see the full speed out of this drive, though it will still be about double your old one. \
hershy314
Age of my computer? It's less than a year old....course even if it was 6 days old it would be old news http://athphotography.deviantart.com/ http://www.youtube.com/user/hershy314
