Wouldn't have needed one but the clearance from the port to Motor was so close I said screw It. Lol All that's left is round over,sub, and port cutout. Gonna pick up a flush trim bit for router. Pisses me off I lost my countersink bit. So I said screw it and just did it without it. Not what I should have done. But I'll live with it. Bracing is gonna be all thread. treylittlefield Posted April 8, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 8, 2013 Finally felt like i got something acomplished for once lolgot rid of the P.O.S. bowtieThis took a good while, but i got them to work without having to cut my inner doors. gonna stretch fleece this week and get the other door mocked up along with the tweets.doesnt look that great right now, trying to strengthen up where the plastic welds are with glass and resin. my last doors i did seperated there, and dont want that happening again.
