bassfreake
Umm... A dvc2 actually wires to 1 ohm bro... 2 dvc2 makes .5 ohm... Any way you can swap it out for a 4 ohm? Thanks I was pretty excited about the alt myself. kind of like a school girl, in a dress, on a swing. lol It's warming up enough that the donut-punching cyclist douchenozzles are getting their two wheeled fagmobiles out. Krakin
I wouldn't recommend having the sub face into the back wall, just because of the excursion of the sub. You might want to try sub up behind driver seat, port to passenger seat B-pillar. If your afraid of the sub cone then just make a grill for it. I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . . What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself but what has drawn your attention in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears, thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener. I've seen guys fire subs into the back wall before without any problems. It's a similar idea to downfiring. As long as he leaves a little room for that excursion, he will be just fine. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

ImaNoob
Oh Crap, LoL , I could still wire 2 subs to two ohms though, right. I would be ok with two ohms if i got a 2500bd. And like i said before i have no problem using another 1500bd to keep subs at 1ohm. 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Xs3400 1500BDCP FI BL 12 3sq @ 32hz Rockford t675 T400.2 Stinger Deadner Build Log Here
WillPwn4Food
1 d2 will wire to 1 ohm. 2 D2s wire to 2 or .5.... Fi reads 1.4 so wit 1 woofer you'll be at .7. With 2 you'll be at .35 or 1.4.
