I don't know much about building boxes, but if the subs faced up could the box be minimum height? Height seems to be the biggest issue here

No subs up in trunk cars, if you don't have the 13 1/4 then go with 10".

Lets say i go with 10"

Another question. Would it matter too much which way i faced them? because i would kind of want to face them forward.

Forward sealed off or backwards port in the baffle like the above are most common and usually effective configurations. So yes you can fire forward.

Explain sealed off please. Is that still a ported box?

yes, the box is ported but there's no way air is going to go grom your cabin (where your subs are firing) back into the trunk

ive seen people use Great stuff expanding foam then trim it then use beauty panels (because some people dont like the look of the foam, so they just cover it up)

Sealing off is usually difficult to do and hard to get right, but the gains are worth it. You can always test your box before sealing off and see if it's good enough or not.

It looks like it can cause a mess in the car with all that foam and stuff, right? Anyways, back to topic. I would be best off going with 2 sa-10s and the AQ2200d? I can get box plans from the local shop.
