Still need to fasten the wires/clean everything up.

Will be working on that beauty panel whenever it warms up. Sick of working in the cold.

Some small updates.

Voltage drop full tilt at idle was 13.1v.

Voltage drop full tilt while driving 14.2v

Both amps tuned at -5dB.

Something I noticed as well. At 25/35 my subs are barely hitting, but still audible. At about 30/35 is basically what my old system was full tilt at around 40-50hz.

The gain from 33-35 is HUGE. Like each click is an big audible difference. 35 ,window flex, and dash flex.

There is NO trunk rattle :D :D :D just all the other misc panels in that area under the car and around the rear window rattle a bit.

I am restraining myself from playing full tilt while it is so damn cold, just worried of tearing something. Once it gets up to 50, not gonna worry about it and will put out some good vids :)

The only thing I wish it would do better is hit the lows a little harder, but maybe the suspension just needs to break in a bit. (Infrasonic set at 31 for now)

Also, will be putting some rubber spacers under the amps, they vibrate a bit, but it's not significant. Enough to make the bottom plate on the 100.4 rattle. If it continues after the spacers, I might end up mounting them down by the battery somehow. I think it rattles about the same as the box. I'm not really sure how much vibration an amp can handle, considering all cars will vibrate some while driving.

Needless to say, I am VERY VERY pleased with how it sounds. It was worth all the head aches at times.

crazy to fit so many in so little. Reminds me of some of the porns I've seen?

Not yet. Poured a cup of water around the antenna, nothing came through. Going to do some more testing like moving the antenna around and etc while pouring water on it. If that's not the case then I think I know where it could be coming from underneath.

I really hope it's not the antenna, not sure how I would fix that... A new gasket, grommet or w/e holds it to the car maybe? It would be a pita to get caulk up under it. (from inside the trunk)

it almost looks like it could be coming through from that rear light as well. Check that out. I dont see how it would come from the bottom of the car though. It has to be the ant. or light.

also a lil tip. When you are metering put a piece of pvc in the gap when the back seats are folded down in between the seat and trunk. its good for a tenth or two ;)

I also gained when I took the carpet off my box. But i know you want it to look factory.

Here's a vid. I figured I should get something up lol. Quality is horrific, just a heads up. It's the camera that has survived me smashing it and dropping stuff on it.

I did notice a smell. I hope its not them starting to get stinky. I didn't know if they put off a smell when they are new or not. This is the second time that I have played them this long. After playing it with the windows up, I put them down and played a few songs, HUGE difference. Much louder/more flex.

I will get some vids that should be 1080 or 720 here in a few weeks.
