MrBigs63' Posted February 27, 2013 Report Share Posted February 27, 2013 I carry a rotation between a Colt Delta Elite 1911 10mm and a Glock in 10mm. I love my Colt because my dad is a collector, and it has excellent build quality and accuracy. If I had to choose only one to carry I would choose the Glock. The amazing build quality, design, and materials used continue to amaze me. It is not as accurate as the Colt, but it has a higher capacity, its lighter, it has a better feel in my hands, and it is more reliable. If I were to recommend a first handgun I would recommend nothing bigger than a .40 cal. The 10mm has a little too much oomph in my opinion for a first handgun.
