SD-2 10 work in this box?

I have a 2007 Tacoma doublecab and am trying to figure out how to fit 2 sundown sd-2 10" subs in there. I am not really that good at figuring out airspace, so I was wondering if someone could take a look at this and let me know if it would work very well, and if not, what would you guys do?

http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/61-2nd-generation-2005/269481-custom-double-cab-sub-enclosure.html

I am currently running Alpine Type-S components and coaxials in the front/rear doors off of a kicker 300.2 and 2 crappy Boss shallow mount subs off a kicker 500.1 in one of those cheap pre-made $100 internet special boxes. I plan to upgrade to a Kicker 1000.1 when I get the Sundown 10s, I just need to come up with a suitable enclosure and the space is obviously tight. I previously posted a similar topic in the Sundown forum but think this is probably the better place. I am new here so go easy on me lol, and thanks in advance for any advice!

Is anyone able to throw a design out for this and tell me if that sub will work in it? here are the dimensions I am looking at.

18" H

3 1/4 D1

1 1/2 D2

14 W

The width is negotiable up to around 17" I think. The other dimensions are pretty hard set. If I decided to run just 1 sub ported, I could go with a W of up to 29, but I don't know if the sql/spl would of 1 sub in the bigger box would compare with 2 in smaller boxes. Any thoughts? Thanks!

It seems more space has been found for your truck than you are stating:

http://www.supercrewsound.com/Tacoma-Dbl.html

That is the exact box I have right now. Would the SD-2 10s work very well in that? The only reason I have been looking at building a new box is that someone told me mine sucked and wouldn't sound good even with quality subs. If I were to try to port that box, there is a notch in the back that prevents porting towards the top, and the shallow depth would make it hard to port out the front, but if you guys think those subs would hit hard in that box then I am good to go lol.

The one with the 3 subs that is there has enough space in the chamber with 2 subs to support a single 10" ported, usually 10" subs ported will need about 1 cube net (after sub and port displacements) at least, if there is enough space to port and for the sd-2 to fit it's mounting depth you could do your own based on the prefab dimensions.

The only concern I have is that I would only be able to run a single 10 if I went that route. I don't know enough about the Sundown products to know if a single sd-2 in a ported box would perform as well as 2 of them in smaller sealed enclosures. I am not against running a single 10, I just don't know what to expect out of it. I would be powering it with a Kicker 500.1 (500W at 2ohms)

I am currently running 2 crappy Boss 10 shallow mounts, so I would imagine that even a single sd-2 would outperform them lol.. Thoughts?

So I tried to do some math on this, and I have figured that a box that is 30"W, 18H, 3.5D1, 7D2 should be 1.14 cubes after subracting .08 for the sd-2

I also looked at some various port calculators, and to tune it to 33HZ I would be looking at a port approximately 3x2 that is 12 inches deep. If I understand things correctly, if I port from the top, my port would be a little over 6" from the bottom of the box which should be enough to avoid unwanted port noise, is that about right?
