TheBetterMethod
And there's no point in hooking up mids to an amp that's using a lpf. 2005 Subaru Outback Wagon Pioneer 9400BH Fi Q 15, SAZ1500dV3 The first build>>> http://www.stevemead...-outback-build/ 140.9 @ 36hz Sealed on dash! BassHead1990
It didn't seem right, but the idea was kinda cool, small print for people who didn't need a lot, but were well rounded. Basshead89
That is WAY old school... you would need a coil and some caps. (make your own crossovers) however you should turn the LPF off.. or turn up the frequency where the mids will sound right.
HHR Ed
That would not sound right. A LPF would be set to filter out the highs that the mids want to play. You would need it set to full range which would sound like poo on the woofer. You can do it all off of that one amp, if you use a passive crossover on the subwoofer and keep the amp set to full range. Or you can do it a better way and use either separate amps, or a 4 channel amp and put them on separate channels.
