So here is a suggestion for a box 4 Zv3 15s subs up/port back on rated power:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 34.5 Hz
Vb = 12.5 ft^3

External Height = 19.5 in
External Width = 40 in
External Depth = 43.375 in

Port Height = 5 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 40 x 43 3/8

Left & Right Sides = 41 7/8 x 17 1/4

Front & Back = 40 x 17 1/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 20 1/4 x 38 1/2

Visual of box (generic dimensions):

Important notes:

- The 45s if you want to do them are 2 1/2" wide except the one/ones inside the port, if you want that let me know.

- All trunk boxes built outside the car need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.

- The port needs 5" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.
