aight so i caved in and decided to finally do a blowthrough in the ranger. its gona be 2.5/1 ration 4.4sealed and round 9.5ish ported tuned in the lower 50s to start will shrink port as needed gona start with round 230sqin hoping to have it playing in round 2 weeks any way equipment is

Cactus sounds K5 at half ohm
2 deka batts

project db terminals

waiting game now, hoping to have the accordion boot round this time next week, should have the rest of my speaker wire monday. so once accordion gets here its cut through box and cab and then get the port assembled and bolt box into bed of truck and button everything up and then hairtricks

of course theres gona be bracing lol i have 2 3/4" threaded rod goin vertical in the middle, back will be doubled up, and sides wil have double in spots where i can fit it. really not worried about the sides there small height wise...its the top i was worried bout and the threaded rod will take care of my worries lol

small update, got bored today after work so i sanded and painted the ported chamber of the box today. its far from perfect but itll do the trick

i have plans of adding blue leds later so thats the reasoning for the white paint

aight so worked on the box some more today after work. i doubled up ALL sides only thing that wont be double will be the top but that has 2 huge 3/4" threaded rod goin verticle. youl see in the pics and i also got the outside bedlined. all thats left is cut the cut through and make the port and fire it up

again, not sure why the threaded rod looks crazy crooked, it is crooked i no lol but this makes it look terrible lol

test fit just tight fit but shes in screws DO NOT go all the way through there there to sandwich the panels i no not need but meh its strong as hell lol so im not wooried
