best option?

well i had this big system planned out, but funds are not coming in as much as id like so its taking a while to save up, so in the mean time i wanted to get some beat in my car.

i currently own a bxi 2610

• 4 ohms: 850 watts x 1 chan.
• 2 ohms: 1700 watts x 1 chan.
• 1 ohm: 2600 watts x 1 chan.

i also have 2 arc audio fd 1200,1

1 Channels @ 4Ohms - 510 watts

1 Channels @ 2Ohms - 1010 watts

1 Channels @ 1Ohm - 1100 watts

so my question is what set up would be best for 2 sx18d2?

the bxi2610 has to positives and 2 negatives. can i run each pos and neg to there own terminal and keep it at 1ohm?

Nope, you can't wire 2 Dual 2 ohm subs to a final load of 1 ohm. Your options are .5 ohms or 2 ohms final load at the amp. I wouldn't run half ohm, so really the only option you have is 2 ohms.

So run your 2 Arc amps at 1 ohm final load each and have them gain matched by someone with the right tools.

one more question,

say i have a box built for a different set of subs. its roughly 18 cubic feet with about 200 inches of port area. i know its a bit big but can anyone tell me if it will work?or what the consequenses would be?
