Joe X
So here is the suggestion, it would be best if you made a drawing to get familiar with the cutsheet specs, 4" PVC pipe for the ports: Enclosure Specifications:Fb = 33 HzVb = 4 ft^3External Height = 24 inExternal Width = 50 inExternal Depth = 12 in 76 deg.External Depth2 = 6 in 76 deg.Cut Sheet List:* All Dimensions in Inches.* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.External Enclosure Parts:Front = 24 3/4 x 50Top = 4 1/2 , 4 11/16 x 50Bottom = 10 1/2 , 10 5/16 x 50Back = 24 x 50Left & Right Sides =Top = 4 11/16Bottom = 10 5/16Back = 22 1/2Front = 23 3/16Port Quantity and Dimensions:Number of Ports = 3Pipe Port Diameter = 4Pipe Port Length = 20 1/4External Length = 3 1/4 Assembly guide (generic dimensions):
Ryan929
If i put the dimensions into the torres the cut sheet will be the same right? Its easier for me to look at and understand Also where exactly do i place the ports and how far from one another, and what is the bracing on the inside of the box? Joe X
The Torres cutsheet have a different assembly style and actually requires you to calculate your cuts so in addition to do a drawing you will have to determine your cuts sizes and angles yourself, it's maybe no big deal either way but I have already specified them so I think that's easier. The distance between pipes side to side can be 1 1/2", the round braces can be 1 1/4" wooden dowel rods, the lower brace is just MDF cut to fit. The center of the cutout for the subs is 7 11/16" from the bottom end of the sheet. Let me know if you have any more questions.

CleanSierra
How do you think you are getting 6" top depth and 12" top depth in an S-10? Those are crazy numbers! At 24 for box height with 6" depth and 12" on the bottom, you are gonna be eating the dash every time you drive. Have I missed something? Is this possibly not for the S-10? And PLUS you are gonna add more depth for the spacing required to give the sub some breathing room? Where is this room coming from.... Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
