I have the model before it DEH-p8400BH and its one of the best radios I've heard for a single din. I can only compare to my friends which have other brands lower end models this is mostly a middle of the line or a slight higher. If your going to use all the features it's great.

Edit: if you're not going to use all the features look at the 7500 or just buy it for the heck of it lol

I have that deck its easy to use has everhthing a simple deck needs. Only thing i didnt like was the chrome on the face plate other than that its good imo.

I really want this headunit for the Bluetooth, that's the reason why I don't want the 7500

The blue tooth works fine i use my phone and a kindle fire, but only one device can be connected at a time

i think my main issue with pioneer decks in general, no volume until your way up and then a shit ton of difference in volume for 5-10 clicks then CLIP

Oh, I've never had a pioneer deck, but I'll have to watch for that, I kinda want this headunit cuz it changes color and has mixtrax haha cuz the color changing would be cool
