Liquid nails is for stuff like sub flooring and heavy duty use that requires a moisture proof glue. A MDF box does not. Also if you use silicone, which you wont have to if you use tite bond, - LET THE STUFF DRY COMPLETELY !!!! Silicone has chemicals in it that gives off fumes that can cause harm to sub woofers, and I would imagine that liquid nails does too. DO NOT put your woofer into your box until the silicone and or liquid nails is completely dry !!!!! Then use TiteBond III If i dont have access to an air nailer with 2" nails, i use 2" drywall screws. You MUST predrill the holes if you use screws.
