Torres Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 dude that is hella cool to do a steering wheel. wonder how hard it'd be to do one but still incorporate the air bag. i'd love to do one and incorporate some led's or somethin and light up some plexiglass between the two sheets. job well done
Dozier Posted February 16, 2008 Author Report Posted February 16, 2008 It would not take too much to do led's and stuff...Just drill holes for the leds, and run some tube through the back like the foam project, and into the steering column. Dozier Posted February 21, 2008 Author Report Posted February 21, 2008 Time to drill my holes in the aluminum. Cut holes in the top for the screw anchors to have something to bond to. I will fill in around them with Duraglass. All Duraglassed and sanded. Many many layers of Duraglass and sanding to be done. www.AlabamaDrift.com04 Silverado in the works
