Enclosure design 4 PBxxl 15's help

Here are dimensions i can work with (max) 49w x 44d x 25h. Need tuning to be 32hz. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This box will be going in a Tahoe. Thanks

Actually will use dimensions of 48 with since easier to just cut down middle of mdf. These will be facing up.

anybody??? 48x44x25.5 seems easier to cut sections but need help with port location n dimensions to get to 32hz. Would like port at bottom of box just dont know how wide or depth???

So here is a suggestion:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 32 Hz
Vb = 14 ft^3

External Height = 20 in
External Width = 48 in
External Depth = 36 in

Port Width = 38 in
Port Height = 4 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 48 x 36

Left & Right Sides = 34 1/2 x 17 3/4

Front & Back = 48 x 17 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 15 1/2 x 39 1/2

Port Left Side Assembly:
15 1/2 x 4
Port Right Side Assembly:
15 1/2 x 4

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

Important notes:

- The port needs 4" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.

Bracing is a 4"x14" MDF piece in the center of the port and a top to bottom 1 1/4" wooden dowel rod placed directly above the top brace.
