This box will be going in a Tahoe. Joe X Posted April 9, 2013 Report Share Posted April 9, 2013 So here is a suggestion: Enclosure Specifications:Fb = 32 HzVb = 14 ft^3External Height = 20 inExternal Width = 48 inExternal Depth = 36 inPort Width = 38 inPort Height = 4 inCut Sheet List:* All Dimensions in Inches.* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.External Enclosure Parts:2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 48 x 36Left & Right Sides = 34 1/2 x 17 3/4Front & Back = 48 x 17 3/4L Port Internal Assembly Parts:Front to Back = 15 1/2 x 39 1/2Port Left Side Assembly:15 1/2 x 4Port Right Side Assembly:15 1/2 x 4 Assembly guide (generic dimensions): Important notes:- The port needs 4" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.
