Dwn4BassAlan
hey, if someone knows chevelles, and has done several systems in them........and KNOWS something i don't know, that i NEED to know about the car, i am ALL FOR suggestions. but as far as someone telling me how i should make it look, that is different. I got that part Just as a thought for chevelles, you might ask your friend if he has had the body to frame mount bushings done recently (within 10 years). From what I have seen most of his frame and body work seems very well done and fresh, so I would assume they have been. But just in case, since it's often one of the most over-looked repairs, you might ask. If he hasn't had them done, and decides to replace them, the whole body will probably sit differently once replaced, and the panel you're fitting in now might not fit later. Just like the trunk pan I replaced, after I spot welded it into the cut-out it had a weird bend/fold in it with the new bushings, so I had to grind the spot-welds off and re-weld it in. Mine had never been replaced until now, so I had to have my entire car re-aligned once the new ones were in. Everytime I see a guy driving a mini cooper I cant help but think he loves cock & (2/29/16)-My wife just bitched at me about throwing out things we don't really use. My response of well we don't really use your vagina so should we throw that out was evidently not the right response. I had to leave the room. I missed Alan. RIP 5/29/15 - I love you son. lifted_silverado
I want to know why he didnt bring the car to you to begin with? If I was friends with the best engine builder I could possibly think of I wouldnt take my vehicle to juan on 14th street to rebuild me a race motor, I would wait if I had to for my friend who is renowned for his work Quote Everythings in the attic or garage since the truck was sold last year. New build should be coming soon in a dodge cummins

After last time, i said i was done doing anymore installs....well my brother calls me up saying his boss just needs a little done on his camper...and i reluctantly agree.... NEVER AGAIN. no more installs for anyone else EVER. After seeing you do chickens builds and the older boxes and stuff youve done for people. I could assume you werent a public shop obviously but for friends I wasnt aware you had that distaste towards building vehicles. My bad :whiteflag: LOL - its all good, i just get tired of explaining it over and over again. i don't have a distaste towards building vehicles, OBVIOUSLY.....i have a distaste for shitty customers who blame installers for every problem their car has, regardless if it is related. Also, i have "distaste" for the possibility of me fucking up someones car and it IS my fault. You are fucked either way. No wonder most shops are grumpy, bitter and too expensive. They been through it all. Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Over 1,000,000 subscribers strong! CortezDTV
I couldn't agree with the man Most of the end customers are "stupid" (I say stupid as in if I go buy a tv do I know how the tv functions and why it displays the image, nope so therefore in am "stupid" and don't really know what goes on if something breaks) I've done a stereo in a subi, little did I know the car had been gutted of all security modules improperly so when I disconnected the battery it was all over; was it my fault hell no, did I have to spend 12 hours working on dudes car for the same amount of chump change that I initially charged for the stereo yes, lets just say I check wires under the dash before I even start on cars now Edited May 26, 2013 by CortezDTV Quote SCSB Santa Cruz Speaker Box Build logs: Daily Driver Lemon Marquis 2 american bass 750.1s 350.4 on 14 focal 6.5s sq 945 on 4 hertz tweeters Mystery subs http://www.stevemead...__fromsearch__1 The Mustang 'dubbed' Shirley the project from bullet holes to badass http://www.stevemead...cond-skin-time/
