I drive 18000 miles a year for work. 3 years into buying it I'd be pretty far under value of the truck. Get the ford family discount and also like driving a new vehicle frequently. Also if you lease for a long time the vehicle is always covered under warranty for repair. And of all people you switch cars more than anyone else I know.
