Help Me Out With This One

im stuck and dont know how to set this up i have a eq in between my headunit and amps i also have a bass knob and i am trying to figure out how to set this up so that i can get the max out of my system the questions i have it do turn the gain and the bass boost down on the amp and just use the gain and the parabass on the eq or do i turn up the eq gain and the amp gain and turn the bass up on the amp also where to set the bass knob setting

Do you have a basic understanding of gain setting? And do you have access to any tools that can help, or going by ear?

To start off I can say that basically you start with HU, then EQ, then amps.

Bass boost is usually just BS.

Gain knob is safest to turn all the way up when setting the amp gains. If you know what your doing you can have it down a bit, but you really knew what you were doing you should know how all this work. Not hating, just saying

Find the max Unclipped volume then eq to match the preout voltage then amp gains to match the RCA voltage

Maybe you'll not have no turn up at all the gain on the amp cause ussually eqs have high preout voltage
