That box will no way be what the re cal said of 4.5@27

Prob close to 4.2@30

i used this 31.5 wide, 24 deep 17 high then I would suggest doing this:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 32 Hz
Vb = 4.5 ft^3

External Height = 17 in
External Width = 31.5 in
External Depth = 24 in

Port Width = 3 3/4 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

Front = 27 x 15 1/2
Front Internal = 25 1/2 x 15 1/2
Back = 31 1/2 x 15 1/2

Left & Right Sides:
Side 1 = 22 1/2 x 15 1/2
Side 2 = 23 1/4 x 15 1/2

Top & Bottom = 31 1/2 x 24

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 18 3/4 x 15 1/2
Extension = 2 x 15 1/2

I was going to but I end up not putting them in cause I only had a jig saw and didn't no how good the cuts would be

i just cut up this same box wasnt near my table saw so i used a circular saw hopefully it lines up but if i make the extension a little longer(like half inch) that makes the tuning higher?

longer port = lower tuning. shorter port = higher tuning.
