Agreene Posted May 7, 2013 Report Posted May 7, 2013 I just scimmed through... but if your system was fine b4 your put the new battery in ... then it narrows down to the battery I had top of the line shit come dead on arrival to me.. it happens.... also is your battery 12v battery ? your may of gotten the wrong batt your system just a thought

Agreene Posted May 7, 2013 Report Posted May 7, 2013 just because the battery is new doesn't mean it should work, and what is the battery your currently using ? Well no it's not the battery the battery before was half the size of the required one which is the one I have now.
Pioneerchuck Posted May 7, 2013 Report Posted May 7, 2013 Try disconnecting everything from the battery but the amp (all the car shit) then take the remote wire and run it from battery positive. If it still does this then its obviously your battery. If it stops then you know it is something internally wrong in the car. Then you need to filter out what it could be. You can start with deck wiring and go from there. There is a slight chance it could be a computer fouling out. But remember the simple phrase KISS. Keep it simple stupid..Start with the basics and work from there.
