Dan2427
Might have a little too much port area per foot. I'd try re doing it closer it 14 ish. I had 19 per foot and it was loud but very narrow band width around tuning. When I had 12 it was a lot more musical. Could've just been my truck tho. Maybe someone with more knowledge will give u some better advice! 2003 GMC Yukon Denali Alpine CDA 117 Redoing Mids/Highs 4 Runs of 1/0 Knukonceptz 2+, 2- 4 Deka 9A31's in back (Stock underhood) 250 amp Alt. DylanBunch
My friend has a box for his sundown sa 12 @ 12 per foot and its pretty damn musical but doesn't have a good amount of output. Like its loud but I think 14 would be a lot better. My box for my 15 is at 14 and its got good output ans bandwidth. Pretty happy with it id shoot for 14 2006 Ford Explorer 2 Team AA/Sundown 15s 6th order Ct Sounds 7k 4 PRV Mr500 8s Rockford p1000-2 Team Subsonic Lows

Jessica
you need to change the "Common Walls" to 3. You are just doing a port that uses 3 walls of the box for port walls right? Jessica
and you might want to change baffle thickness to .75 unless you are doing two layers of 1.5 mdf for the baffle. Torres automagically figures the thickness of the baffle when you put a number in the "Extra baffle" field. Also, extra baffles are figured inside the box not on top. Joe X
Here is a suggestion, recommended for about 600W RMS per sub, proper electrical: Enclosure Specifications:Fb = 34.5 HzVb = 3.8 ft^3External Height = 15.5 inExternal Width = 36 inExternal Depth = 19 inPort Width = 3 7/8 inCut Sheet List:* All Dimensions in Inches.* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.External Enclosure Parts:Front = 31 3/8 x 14Back = 36 x 14Left & Right Sides:Side 1 = 17 1/2 x 14Side 2 = 18 1/4 x 14Top & Bottom = 36 x 19L Port Internal Assembly Parts:Front to Back = 13 5/8 x 14Extension = 5 1/4 x 14 Assembly guide (generic dimensions): Important notes:- The 45s if you want to do them are 2 1/2" wide except the one/ones inside the port, if you want that let me know.- All boxes built outside the car need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.- The port needs 3 5/8" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.
