CLIPPING PROBLEM NEED HELP ASAP

I need some seriously help here guys. I'd explain it all, but I made a youtube video to describe the problem so I wouldn't have to type so much. Please help!

grab a dmm and test your coils.

Is you power/ground wire CCA?(Kinda looks like it from video) One of your comments says your getting nearly 3k. (2500. Good solid electrical around 2800-2900) If that's true your overloading your wire.(CCA's max amperage capacity is around 250A) Depending on where your monitoring your voltage from, battery verses at amplifier, you could have voltage drop that is causing your clipping. Could of fried your coil or suspension a lil that's what the smell was,

Might have to do a recone.

When you move them by hand, back and forth a lil does it seem smooth or hear ne thing?
