should i turn the bass boost up a little on my amp or leave it all the way down ??? and should i leave the crossover knob up or down??? 50hz or 200 hz??

another question is can you hear high bass better then low bass from far away or vice versa???

and another question should i see a big difference once i put my 250 amp alternator on??? as in bass more power??

set crossover at 80-100

set gain to match headunits preout/preamp voltage

lower bass travels farther

like the way elephants communicate, thats subsonic or below 20hz

and they hear eachother for miles

i use the knob everytime to turn my bass up so do you still think i should leave the bass boost down or up???

right now i got my gain alll the way up is that ok?? b/c if not then it would not hit as loud right

and people tell me about teamlab or something like that but i have no i dea what that is and do you have to have a laptop ???

i personally would set the gain at about 1/4 of the way up. bass boost all the way down (its for noobs anyway)

it may not seem as loud to u but that is ok that just means u get to upgrade ur equipment

termlabs are about $600 new and yes it requires a laptop
