purplesyrup Posted May 22, 2013 Report Share Posted May 22, 2013 Those old ones I only saw people burping with them, Its a great sub for 300, but i would see if they had a more modern day recone available, because the suspension on that is probably shot 300 is a steal on that motor none the less, but I have no idea how musical that particular model of the 9500 is. That sub did break and set records though, but i do believe it was mainly a 50-60hz burper, some one correct me if im wrong, I am just recalling almost 15 years ago, and the people I knew running them were just competing with test tones Now im sure it does great in the 40hz-60hz area on music, but have no idea what that model would thing of 20-40hz, I dont think they had a ton of suspension travel Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
