Recommended Posts

The dimensions below have worked for similar Blazers, just check you can fit the following (2x DC Audio L4m2 subs up/port back):

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 34.5 Hz
Vb = 3.75 ft^3

External Height = 16.25 in
External Width = 38 in
External Depth = 20 in

Port Width = 4 5/8 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 38 x 20

Left & Right Sides = 18 1/2 x 14

2x Front = 16 11/16 x 14

Back = 38 x 14

Shared Port Internal Assembly Parts:

2 x Front to Back = 16 3/16 x 14
2 x Extension = 9 15/16 x 14

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

Important notes:

- The 45s if you want to do them are 2 1/2" wide except the one/ones inside the port, if you want that let me know.

- All boxes built outside the car need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.

- The port needs 4 5/8" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.

Does adding the 45s make much of a difference or is it kind of a preference thing?

Hey joe the diagram shows 2 sides on the left but not on the right, is there only supposed to be one sheet on each side?
