newls1 Posted May 24, 2013 Report Posted May 24, 2013 Had to wait a while for the pollen here to stop falling as everything is/was yellow around here for awhile. Today i finally washed and waxed the tahoe removed roof rack, and installed my new crystal clear headlight housings and new corner light housings. New fog lamp housings are in the mail so ill have to install them later on. Also updated my HID's with new bulbs and ballasts. My other ones were 3 years old and just thought ill replace them with new parts while they were off. Went from a 6k bulb to a 8k for a slightly more blu-ish appearance. Have to check aiming on new housings tonight once its dark and after gym I must say tahoes look SO MUCH better without the ugly ass roof rack I love my staffie So anti FACEBOOK it isn't even funny

newls1 Posted May 24, 2013 Author Report Posted May 24, 2013 I fucking hate the rims...... Dont let me fool ya, the other side has a missing center cap that is impossible to find ANYWHERE but thanks. Removing badges is simple, Just use a heatgun to get it nice and warm, pull off badge, then remove goo build up and or the double stick tape the factory uses with goo-b-gone. Done it 100 times before, pretty easy process. **Heat gun is the key tho** I love my staffie So anti FACEBOOK it isn't even funny

newls1 Posted May 24, 2013 Author Report Posted May 24, 2013 what if i dont have a heat gun? i doubt a blow drier will get hot enough but you might try that. Get a heat gun tho, if you do installs, a heatgun is a necessity I love my staffie So anti FACEBOOK it isn't even funny
