Wood Posted January 30, 2016 Author Report Share Posted January 30, 2016 Made some progress today.. may not seem like much, but it was about 5 hrs of work ... Very tedious, but it's FINALLY done!! Got the second ring made and got the trim rings made which will be wrapped with vinyl (so the wood color wont show) and topped off with speaker grill cloth.. with the doors being wrapped and the rings being wrapped how they will be, it should fit very snug!! And yes there is about a 1/8th" gap between trim ring and the walls of the counter sink.. Here's how it turned out!!! The other door have gorilla tape temporarily holding it to align it until I have the time to screw it on the door.. As far as the trim rings, one is in the other pod to show how well they sit in the panels! Here's how it looks with a couple of the speakers in!!! It's gonna fit REAL nice when all done!!
