I woulnd't be trying to mate it with a 3/4" metal dome, but I bet it could do maybe 2.5khz or so pretty well. It'll start to beam ~ 2khz though so if you can't get your tweet that low, you're gonna have a fat hole in the FR if the woofers are in the doors. trumpet1 Posted June 11, 2013 Report Share Posted June 11, 2013 HD-M6 and ES-06 are the main CDT midbass drivers meant to be used in a door, but HD-M6+ is better used in a 0.1 - 0.3 cu ft sealed enclosure.
