AQ2200 run at .5ohm?

Here is what I say to everyone running .5.... You can, but YMMV. We are not you, we don't know how you treat your equipment. We cannot guarantee it will be safe.

If you do it, it will not be because any of us said you can. It is because you made the choice that you are willing to risk your equipment for a bit more power. If it breaks, then accept it and move on. Don't get upset because wiring below 1 ohm has the chance of blowing things. If you are willing to accept that as a consequence and assumt all responsibility for it than by all means go ahead and do it. If not... Get another amp and run at 1 ohm each

Yep, pretty much the same thing I tell people. only go below rated load if you are ok with the possibility of blowing the amp. I personally like going below 1ohm but I've been at this a little while and it's not the end of the world for me if I have a broken amp.
