I'm very curious what kind of responses you are getting on CL to a 24" sub haha

Why not just play the 24 lightly until you get the sundowns?

As of right now, none lol. I have it listed pretty high though, trying to see if I can get a bite from someone local who doesn't really know, and also make a little back on the box. Price will go down as time goes on.

That's what I'm doing now. That Sundown sub is a ways out, so I've got a little time. But I'll be running it until I sell it at the very least. I guess it might be worth just keeping until then. Would allow me to keep the price up a little higher until then, maybe make some cash back.

At the same time, I'm itching to try something new.

  • 1 month later...

Going to build a sealed box mid-January if this bish don't sell. Should get pretty close to the same curve on it actually.

Might be looking for a new vehicle soon though, and it won't be anything that will fit this thing.

Let's see how rowdy a sealed box can get.

Dry mockup and fitting, no glue yet.

Bracing! Whole lotta glue too. Gonna snag some fiberglass batt and line a lot of the walls.

Between the wheel wells and below window line?

Between the wheel wells, not below window line. I think 3" above it? IIRC.
