lockdown801
Maybe I missed it but where did you put the runs of 1/0 to the back? I'm trying to find a decent spot on my avalache to run through the firewall... I would like to see also. I am working on my 2010 yukon denali. Karkov
I ran 2 runs of 1/0 along side the frame rail on the drivers side and used big zip ties to fasten it. Took a bit of time, did not go through fire wall. Also, I ran 1 run of 2/0 along the passenger side for for that I used the brackets for the running boards to hold it up for the most part because that wire is black and wouldn't be as noticeable if it was ever seen. All wires are hidden and did take some time to run. fused on both ends. I do plan on running a few more runs come spring time, prolly similar, run near frame rail best I can again, takes some time, more shit underneath these vehicles than a person would think. I'll see if I have any pics. or not. 2007 Chevy Tahoe (SOLD) 12 ~ FI Audio X series 10" w/BP option 2 ~ DC Audio 5.0K @0.67 3 ~ DC Audio 5.0K @1.0 2 ~ PPI 3 way sets (not installed yet) 1 ~ RF T400-4, 1 ~ RF T600-2, 1 ~ RF T600-4 4 ~ CT Sounds 5.25" Strato comps (rear fill only) 1 ~ XS Power D4800 1 ~ XS Power D3400 8 ~ XS Power XP3000 160 stock alt, Mechman 370 Elite, 185 DC Power 320+ Sq. I'd have to come straight up through the floor, which doesn't seem like a god idea to me. Coming through the floor not a huge deal to me. of course now I have to make room for more wires, UGH! used a hole saw kit, drilled two holes, then used water tight grommets and siliconed the shizz out of them. 2007 Chevy Tahoe (SOLD) 12 ~ FI Audio X series 10" w/BP option 2 ~ DC Audio 5.0K @0.67 3 ~ DC Audio 5.0K @1.0 2 ~ PPI 3 way sets (not installed yet) 1 ~ RF T400-4, 1 ~ RF T600-2, 1 ~ RF T600-4 4 ~ CT Sounds 5.25" Strato comps (rear fill only) 1 ~ XS Power D4800 1 ~ XS Power D3400 8 ~ XS Power XP3000 160 stock alt, Mechman 370 Elite, 185 DC Power 320+ Sq. stroupe79
this build is looking sick...and for sure tuned in for the rebuild/revamp as for Cpillar wall...with the attention to detail you have I would say you could seal it all forward pretty easy and keep it looking good too...most times it's nothing more than trim panels that seal it off...and your going to be flexing pretty crazy with 2 18s regardless if it's sealed or not god only knows where your going to put all those batteries/amps if you do run a Cpillar though! http://www.stevemead...cherokee-build/ 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Alpine CDE-hd148bt Alpine PKG-RSE2 PRV Audio (4) 6MB200 front/rear doors PRV Audio (4) TW350Ti dash/rear doors Kicker KX350.4 Obsidian Audio (1) 18 D4 v2 revamp (2) Stereo Integrity HT 18d2DC Audio 1.2k5.25ft^3 tuned @34hz revamp Infinite Baffle Cpillar AudioTechnix 60mil deadenerKnuKonceptz & SkyHigh wire (complete setup)
