Blew the tweets for my RF Power T3's so I ordered up 2 sets of the Crescendo CZ 6.5's to try out and a RF Power T600-4 to power them. Keeping them at 4 ohms Decided to make some super tweet pillars in the rear facing forward so I ordered up 8 Crescendo FT1's with the 5k crossovers made just for them and a RF Power T800-4ad to power them, again keeping things at 4 ohms. Thinking I will use the RF Power T1000-4ad to run some mids since it's so powerful of an amp, lol blew my RF Power T2500-1bdcp yesterday, not gonna get into that, but will have to be sending that in after I get an RA number. Truly wanting to run 4 - 18" FI team subs on 4 Crescendo BC5500D's but the budget doesn't allow for it right now. Will have to do a quad alt setup before that takes place anyhow. maybe in spring. Weather gonna get cold soon and that sucks for doing work on things without proper places to do so, not looking forward to that =(. The one thing I don't like is how the tweeters look and mount, which is why I went with the rt-1 tweets, especially since the crossover is much smaller for them. But hey, if you're running super tweets then I guess you aren't worried about that, lol. I'm expecting the CZ to perform to my expectations of them so no worries there either. I read some where on here that even when RF had to replace a whole board on a RF Power T2500-1bdcp it was under 300 so I guess it will prolly cost me around 300. Since I'm just a daily driver/demo chaser I would be open to 4th order b-pillar or even subs up port back/up or wall, etc. Those subs look like they require lots of box space (according to the site) so I think a 4th would only be possible in a van or Suburban or something. Just something i have been thinking about lately. I think the BC5500D per sub would power them great for a daily system with box rise etc. I could order the subs and 3 more amps right now but it's the 3 more alts plus bracket, added wire, prolly 10 more D3100's etc. etc. that make it really add up to something out of my price range at this point in time.
