My dad runs a punch 45 anniversary to a fosgate p212. Sounds amazing btw, but anyways. I would probably just get one fosgate p212 & run it off of a punch 300 and it should sound just fine. You can get the sub around $100 & the amp around $150 depending on where you buy either one.
