Good morning fellow SMD's.

Quick question, before my brother had a SA-15 in his civic, but then he had to sell it to help pay for an incident with his car. But now, he wants to buy another system, but this time, he doesn't need a "top of the line" product like the name brands we love. When I say this, I don't mean he wants "SHITTY" subs that will overheat and just blow up. I mean as, he wants to buy 1-2 12's and a decent amp just to provide bump. Nothing to crazy to shake off his rearview mirror or shake off his license plate. Just something that is noticeable and you can def. feel it.

Anyways, I told him maybe 1-2 Kenwood KFC-W12PS ? In other words, with a decent box and a decent amp, would low powered Kenwood or Kicker products provide a noticeable bump? If this question doesn't make sense, tell me and I'll try and explain it again. Thanks

If it matters by the way, hes gonna face the sub facing the back seats because they fold down. So it will kind of be sort of a "Hatchback" but really isn't. You get the point :)

So you have 375 to spend, you may even push it $400 max I'm guessing

Does that include box,

Do you plane on building a box(highly recommend) or just buying one

For 400 idd do

3x sdc2.0-10 on a q1-750 at 0.67ohm if you have the elec to support it at 0.67ohm

And if you want something you upgrade appon latter get the q1-1200d and run at 1.33ohm for $460

If you have to stay under 400 why not 2x sdc2.0-12 on q1-750 $350
