TRELO LUDE Posted July 5, 2013 Author Report Posted July 5, 2013 how does one go about figuring out what that port is tuned to? that was a tricky thing to do. there are two ways, one would be to have the port cut out file opened up in a program which allows for measurement of said piece. that was not available since the port and baffles were cut on a cnc machine with a standard shopbot system So I did it the old fashioned way. I took the port cutout and created a grid on it that was 1x1" squares and manually counted all of them till I came to figure...lol With that being said I realized after the fact that there is TOO MUCH port thus requiring some changes to the port design. I have not posted pics of the changes made to compensate. I will do so tomorrow.

As mentioned above i had to have some adjustments made to the port because the end result after cutting the baffle and port pieces was that we had WAY TOO MUCH PORT. so it was either leave it as is and be tuned in the high 40s or shrink it. Picks will speak for themselves
