B Slaps Posted February 21, 2008 Report Share Posted February 21, 2008 Because the only way to have a chance at the SPL max cup was to run multiple classes at each event to fill up the brackets. Does DOUG or SAM have a different way to give us a chance at the SPL MAX cup, IF out brackets do not fill up, With each competitor doing just one class all year. Why penalize the competitors who go to every show, and lose any chance of winning because we can only do ONE class and there are just not FULL brackets on the WEST COAST. And please don't tell me to promote and get that many new people to come to the SPL MAX shows, I am trying to recruit every day!! theres no way bass race is bigger over there than here. especially if the guy that won last year over there was getting lots of 3rd and 5th place. i want a recount. theres no way there ALL doing just one bracket. . cause they aint winning over some bs this year. last year was F*cked I Rock 4 Doors 4 More Whores! Good question.............. Then again thats why I'm the spokesperson plus this is SMD, Home of all the West Coast Compeitors and pretty much Team Bassick half the time. So nothing wrong in whats said hear. Alpine has a point, "You need to earn respect before given respect" nothing in what he said is disrespecting any of those competitors.
