Episilon owns Soundstream Power Acoustik and Precision Power along with a few others. OP I have used the Soundstream amps for years love the older stuff in fact I have the old school Van Goghs in my car right now nothing holds a candle to good old American built. But in the budget realm I have owned the Stealths, Tarantula and Rubicon amps and like them all for the cost for the power can't complain. I have a Tarantula 1.2600 & 4.440 in my Explorer and a Rubicon 2500 and 2 4.560's in the Tahoe both holding on strong and no complaints at all.
