will77530
if you tune to 40, you shouldnt even try to touch anything below 35 plain and simple i give it a month before you blow your sub

SnowDrifter
Box is tuned too high for what you are wanting to play. But lets rule out other things before you start on your next enclosure. SnowDrifter
Box looks fine at a glance, I would have braced it a bit but that's just me. I will ask you this though: How in the world do you plan on getting accuracy to the 1/1000 of an inch? ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
