Amp is all packed up waiting to go... somewhere lol. Might take it in town to a local audio place see if they can test bench it first. Then see what I can work out with nendo. If nothing than repair and worst case a new one at some point. My 2005 s10 blazer build. 4 zcon 18's walled.

Nikitaaa
One amp at.5 should be about as loud as two at one ohm each. Besides for the decrease in efficiency, they should sound about the same to the ear. The two amps would get about half a db to a full db louder on the tl though. 2007 M/T Honda Civic Coupe EX (4) Sundown Audio X-8's (2) Ampere Audio 3800.1's (3) Stinger SPV-44 Batteries (1) Mechman 240 3:1 Ratio 4th order sealed from the trunkTEAM NWSPLBest termlab scores to date in Honda trunk:151.7db legal (official) IASCA trunk 3 classBest termlab scores to date in my walled Subie:152.9db legal (unofficial) IASCA advanced 2 class155db outlaw

Your telling me that going from 900 to around 2000 each won't make a difference? that don't sound quite right. The amp don't double it's power on half ohm. They are barley moving right now. Not saying your wrong but wtf. The meter is nice and all but I want a demo machine to move air. Meter don't matter a whole lot to me. My 2005 s10 blazer build. 4 zcon 18's walled. nvr2loud
When I ran only 1 of my 5500's I was doing about a 51 or a 52(I dont remember the exact number)& when I added my second one I metered a 55. I could definatly tell the difference. Its sounds more like a muffled bass when I was only running one amp & a tighter cleaner bass when I added the second one.
