rfaudiomustang
If anyone else has amps that they would like to see dyno'd, please post them. I will try to test some if I can find them to show the results. We are building a test bench currently. Waiting on the new batteries and 400A power supply to show up. rfaudiomustang
They seem to be built pretty well. I'm currently running it in my 05 Impala on 3 Hertz HX 250D's @ 2ohms (I'm not an idiot, three dual 4 hertz subs sit at 2 ohms). Sound quality is still good compared to my T2500-1bdCP and output is not noticeably different. Kyblack76
I beleave with a good 14v it will do 2500-2600rms but still $300 thats not bad You think so? and to hold 14v, all day.. your willing to drop that money,.. but, not drop it in a amp that will do it all day, at lower? Im not starting shit... im curious. Is all SECOND EDIT- also, that is a 1ohm reactive. Meaning, youll have to wire down lower than that. Meaning, more electrical. And, more demand on the amp.... again.... just saying.... SMD SUPER SELLER The Burban Build Blazer Build sold Acura trunk build sold
rfaudiomustang
When we get the power supply and batteries in, we will bench it with better voltage. Keep in mind, the alt was not spooling on the certified run. I'd expect to see at least 2300 out of it certified @ 14.4 volts. Name another amp that will do over 2000 watts on the AD-1 for under $300. rfaudiomustang
We did AD-1 it at a half ohm, it never got warm or went in to protect. I'd be confident running it safely at a half ohm with a decent charging system Build In Progress! 2000 V6 Mustang H/U - JVC KW-ADV64BT 8 - P3D212's / 14cu. ft. / 34hz Front - T1675x2, PPS4-8x4, T1TSx4 Rear - T1675x2, T165x2 Sub Amps - T2500-1bdCPx2 Mids/Highs Amps - T600-4x2 3SIXTY.3 Signal Processor 51Ft.
