The bandpass it's going to be pretty large and I think this design has the ability to be much louder. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you. Tho when expanding in the way you modelled it, you'll effectively not only thunnel the airflow but also potentially mess with the tuning of the box. Have you clamped and invesitgated where you've the actual tuning today? Other than that, I really dig this.
