WastedTalent
My iphone was slow. As far as changing songs. There were times, I literally couldn't go back. The thumb drive is like a million times faster. The loading up and reading when i start the car is about the same though. Think it's just the kenwood deck. How many gigs of music do you have on the drive? I had 40+ on the USB and my pioneer headunit took like hours to read it.On my ipod I have 100 gigs and it reads in seconds. On my Iphone... it was something like 8? 12? Idk. Wasn't too full (I ain't a music hoarder, I don't listen to it? Don't intend to ever again? I delete). On my thumb drive? Shoot, like 2? Lol Holy FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU See? Small. Nice for when in car but when in computer? Good luck. Decaf
Those Sandisk USBs sure look familiar My 80PRS loads a full 32gb in less than 2 seconds... whereas my older AVH3200-DVD took about 30 seconds, so the headunit definitely plays a role in read speed.
