CJ18 Posted September 3, 2013 Author Report Posted September 3, 2013 Im not getting a paycheck right now. In the process of starting a new business that is sucking up alot of money. All of this rebuild is being paid for by selling all of the old equipment I have.
scooter99 Posted September 4, 2013 Report Posted September 4, 2013 Okayyyyyyy! Good luck man, with the business, the build, and most importantly with the marriage. But I think I told you that once already. Just thought I'd do it again. Never hurts to have too many positive vibes coming your way! Facebook Page: S99Creations 2006 F250 Lariat Build
CJ18 Posted September 4, 2013 Author Report Posted September 4, 2013 Thanks scooter! Oh I added a 2k to my order from DC. 1 2k on a 10" DC Neo should be good for midbass right?
armykyle1 Posted September 4, 2013 Report Posted September 4, 2013 Isn't this thing already wired up? Tuned in either way. Going to be doing a complete rewire and going to all SHCA wire. Gonna do a few dyno runs also to see if there are any losses or gains from the switch. I was curious but unless everything is the same other than the wire, it's not really a fair comparison imo. I imagine the gains or losses would be negligible either way. The only thing I see the xs really having an advantage in is longevity due to it being silver tinned. I'm excited though, you've always done very nice work so I'm sure it will be a flawless build either way. Right now I have 6 runs total of 2/0 welding cable 3+/3- running from my Singer 400 back to the 14v bank. Will be switching that over to 4 total runs of SHCA 2/0 2+/2-. I dont know how close they compare in strand count, but I think it is a decent comparison.
armykyle1 Posted September 4, 2013 Report Posted September 4, 2013 I thought you had all xs wire... I'm an idiot lol.
